Recycling Ambassadors
Two students from every classroom in the school are designated to be Recycling Ambassadors. Once a week during advisory period, students empty their classroom recycle bins in the recycle dumpster. Each grade has a designated day of the week. Assigning the responsibility to these ambassadors has broadened the understanding and appreciation of what goes into the bins and how much waste is recycled versus putting it in the trash. This was implemented September 2019.
